Photos tell the truth faster than any promise can. We could describe our drying equipment or talk about moisture mapping until we’re blue in the face, but what actually matters is what your home looks like when we hand it back to you. Below are representative jobs from across San Diego, from Mission Valley slab leaks to coastal mold in La Jolla. Same approach on every one: written price first, photo updates by text throughout, and a 365-Day Done Right Promise in writing before we pack up.

Slab Leak Water Damage in Mission Valley
Before
AfterA pinhole leak in a copper supply line under a Mission Valley condo soaked the downstairs hallway, baseboards, and a bedroom closet before the homeowner noticed the carpet squishing underfoot. We located the leak, extracted standing water, and set up a contained drying chamber using Dri-Eaz and Phoenix equipment. The result: hardwood floors saved, no mold took hold, and the homeowner got texted photo updates every step of the way.
Black Mold Remediation in La Jolla
Before
AfterCoastal humidity in La Jolla is no joke. This bathroom had a slow shower-pan leak that fed black mold behind the tile and along the drywall for months before it was spotted. Our team contained the affected area with negative air pressure, removed the contaminated drywall, treated the framing, and rebuilt the space after the moisture readings came back clean. The homeowner’s persistent cough cleared up about a week after the work finished.
Water Heater Failure in Clairemont
Before
AfterA 12-year-old water heater gave out in a Clairemont garage and sent fifty gallons across the floor, into the drywall, and under the adjoining laundry room. We extracted, removed the soaked drywall and insulation, and used Injectidry floor mats to pull moisture out of the concrete slab. The garage and laundry room were dry, sanitized, and rebuilt within five days.
Roof Leak and Ceiling Collapse in North Park

After a heavy winter rain, a North Park craftsman home lost a section of plaster ceiling when a roof leak saturated the attic insulation above it. We stabilized the space, removed waterlogged insulation and lath, dried the attic with XPOWER air movers, and coordinated the rebuild so the period details matched the home’s original character. The homeowner told us they couldn’t tell where the old ceiling ended and the new one began.
Dishwasher Supply Line Burst in Carmel Valley

The braided supply line to a Carmel Valley dishwasher burst while the family was at work, flooding the kitchen, pantry, and a good chunk of the living room hardwoods. We arrived within the hour, extracted, mapped moisture with thermal imaging, and set up a full dry-down with B-Air and Dri-Eaz equipment. The kitchen floors were saved, the cabinet bases were dried in place, and the family was back in their kitchen inside of a week.
Sewage Backup Cleanup in Chula Vista

A clogged main line pushed sewage up through a floor drain in a Chula Vista bathroom and into the adjoining hallway carpet. This is the worst kind of water damage because the contamination is as dangerous as the moisture. We removed the affected carpet and pad, cut out the contaminated drywall, sanitized the concrete beneath, and ran air scrubbers until the post-remediation testing came back clear. Everything was documented with photos for the insurance adjuster.
